WHEREAS, Deschutes County, Oregon is the owner of the real property hereinafter
described, and the Board of County Commissioners deems it for the best interest of said
County to sell this real property:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED that the Sheriff be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to sell by public auction at 10:00 a.m. on February 6, 1976 on the Courthouse steps
the following described real property in the manner provided by law for not less than the
minimum price set opposite each parcel, plus cost of advertising and recording the deed.
