This matter coming before the Cormdssion upon the petition of
Helen Rastovich as Tax Collector, for First Natl. Bank of Oregon, and
It apprearing that a double payment of property taxes was made,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund the amount so
paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 311.806, Oregon
Revised Statutes, that Helen Rastovich, as Tax Collector refund the
amount of $302.53.
