This matter coming before the Board of County Commissioners, upon the petition
of Mrs. Lilley Juanita Tucker, Mr. $ Mrs. Claybourne Edwards, Ardeth W. Reynolds,
Percy Crofoot, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, and Percy Crofoot Trustee, LaPine,
Deschutes County, Oregon requesting the vacation of an alley in Block ,28, LaPine,
Oregon.
And it further appearing that it is necessary to consider this vacation for
reasons of maintenance and access; and the Board of County Commissioners feels this
change should be made to serve the interests of all land owners in this area.
IT IS THEREFORE, HEREBY RESOLVED that it is the intention of the Board of
County Commissioners to vacate the following described alley, to wit:
All that portion of the 'alley running north and south through
Block 28 which is located in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 15, Township 22 South, Range 10 East of LaPine.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that copies of this Resolution, duly certified
to as such by the County Clerk, shall be posted in three (3) places along the ;alley
to be vacated, and that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the Bulletin.Board
in the entrance of the Deschutes County Courthouse and Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon;
that Wednesday March 3, 1976 at 10:00 A. M. at the.Deschutes County Courthouse Annex,
Conference Room "A", Bend, Oregon, be:and`the°s'ame is hereby fixed as the time and
place for the hearing,of objections, if any therebe, why said alley should not be
vacated.
