CLOSURE LIST )
Now on this__2_day of February, 1976, there comes on for
consideration by the above-entitled Board of Commissioners, duly
convened for the transaction of County business, the matter of the
designation of a newspaper for the publication of the Deschutes
County 1975 Foreclosure List, prepared by the Deschutes County
Tax Collector, as notice of the initiation of the proceeding by
Deschutes County, for the foreclosure of liens of delinquent taxes
against the several properties therein described, and
IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD that the Bend Bulletin, published
in Deschutes County, Oregon, is a newspaper of general circulation
in said County, and in all respects qualified to publish said
foreclosure list;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Bend Bulletin
be, and the same hereby is, designated as the newspaper in which
said Deschutes County Foreclosure List shall be published; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that there shall be four (4) weekly
publications of said 1975 Foreclosure List in said newspaper.

6 Comes now Louis L. Selken, District Attorney for Deschutes
7 County, Oregon, and respectfully petitions the above-entitled
8 Board of Commissioners for an Order designating a newspaper for
9 publication of the 1975 Foreclosure List of said County, and shows:
10 That the Tax Collector of Deschutes County has prepared a
11 list of all real property in said County subject to foreclosure
12 for delinquent taxes as of August 16, 1975, and that said Tax
13 Collector, with the assistance of the District Attorney, is ready
14 to initiate a proceeding in the name of said County, for the fore-
15 closure of the liens of delinquent taxes against the several
16 properties described in said foreclosure list; and
17 That, as required by law, notice of such foreclosure proceed-
18 ings shall be given by four (4) weekly publications of said fore-
19 closure list in some newspaper of general circulation in the
20 County, to be designated by said Board of Commissioners;
