O R D E R
This matter coming before the County Commission upon the Planning Commission's
recommendation, who held a public hearing on this issue, February 11, 1976, and unanimously
recommended approval,
And it appearing to the Board upon reviewing the Planning Commission record
in this matter that the following facts were established:
1. The property is identified on the Comprehensive Plan as Suburban
Residential.
2. The property was zoned A-1 as a holding zone pending acceptance of
sanitation facilities and availability of a community water system,
both of which can now be satisfied pending submission of a subdivision
designed to Suburban Standards.
And if further appearing to the Board that these facts support the proposed
zone change, and,
The County Commission deeming this action to be in the public interest,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning of the following described property
be changed from A-1, Exclusive Agricultural, to SR-1, Suburban Residential, as
shown on the attached map and described as follows:
A portion of the SW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 18 South, Range 12 East,
W.M.,lying Easterly of Ferguson Road and Northerly of the C.O.I. Canal,
tax lot 1000.
Done by the order of the Board of Commissioners this 3rd day of March,
1976, to become effective immediately.
