Laidlaw, (Tumalo) )
This matter coming before the Board of County Commissioners upon the
petition of Tumalo School, District No. 2J, Route 2, Box 690, Bend, Deschutes
County, Oregon, requesting the vacation of a street in Laidlaw, Tumalo.
And it further appearing that it is necessary to consider this vacation
for reasons of maintenance and access; and the Board of County Commissioners
feels this change should be made to serve the interests of all land owners in
this area.
IT IS, THEREFORE, HEREBY RESOLVED that it is the intention of the Board
of County Commissioners to vacate the following described street, to -wit:
All that portion of Wood Avenue, Laidlaw, from the Southerly line of
Lot 10, Block 9 to the Southerly R/W line of Third Street.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that copies of this Resolution, duly certified
to as such by the County Clerk, shall be posted in three (3) places along the road
to be vacated, and that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the Bulletin Board
in the entrance of the Deschutes County Courthouse and Courthouse Annex, Bend,
Oregon; that Wednesday, November 5,.1975 at 10:00 A.M. at the Deschutes County
Courthouse Annex, Conference Room "A", Bend, Oregon, be and the same is hereby
fixed as the time and place for the hearing of objections, if any therebe, why
said road should not be vacated.
