At this time the Commission ordered upon the Planning Commission's recommendation, a zone

THE VACATION OF MAIN STREET IN LAPINE:
At this time the Commission ordered the Vacation of Main Street in Lapine, Oregon as
described in an order dated October 15, 1975.

SALE OF PROPERTY TO LAWRENCE P. PHILLIPS, JR.:
At this time the Commission ordered the sale of Tax Lot 4800, Map No. 201012-A, to
Lawrence P. Phillips Jr. The county acquired this property May 29, 1975 by Tax Deep upon the
failure of Mr. Phillips to redeem said property within the statutory time period. He has paid
all back taxes plus interest accrued on said property.

SALE OF PROPERTY TO PAUL C. RAMSAY:
At this time the Commission ordered the sale of Tax Lot 300, Map No. 18123BA, to Paul C.
Ramsay. The county acquired this property May 29, 1975 by Tax Deed upon the failure of Mr.
Ramsay to redeem said property within the statutory time period. He has paid all back taxes
plus interest accrued on said property.

At this time the Commission ordered the sale of Tax Lot 300, Map No. 151316AA, to the
Estate of W. D. Rogers. The county acquired this property May 29, 1975 by Tax Deed upon the
failure of the Estate of W. D. Rogers to redeem said property within the statutory time period.
The Estate has paid all back taxes plus interest accrued on said property.

At this time the Commission ordered the sale of Tax Lot 1500, Map No. 181125D, to Patricia
L. Douglas. The county acquired this property May 29, 1975 by Tax Deed upon the failure of
Patricia L. Douglas to redeem said property within the statutory time period. She has paid
all back taxes plus interest accrued on said property.

TRANSFER OF FUNDS:
At this time the Commission ordered the Treasurer to transfer $100,000.00 from the General
Road Fund to the Road Reserve Fund.

STATE INVESTMENT POOL:
At this time the Commission ordered the Treasurer to invest in the State Investment Pool,
those funds received from the State.

At this time the Commission granted deed to Paul C. Ramsay for property described per
order dated October 15, 1975. Consideration for this sale is $ 121.53.

CONTRACT WITH EARTHWORM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY:
At this time the Commission entered into contract with Earthworm Construction Co. for the
daily maintenance and operation of the Southwest Sanitary Landfill Site. For this service
the county shall pay $1975.00 per month, the total sum not to exceed $23,700.00.

CONTRACT WITH E. M. WALDRON SR. CONSTRUCTION:
At this time the Commission entered into contract with E. M. Waldron Sr. Construction for
the Bear Creek Bridge Project. Total contract price is $13,978.90.
IN THE MATTER OF
CONTRACT WITH E. M. WALDRON SR. CONSTRUCTION:
At this time the Commission entered into contract with E. M. Waldron Sr. Construction for
the Yeoman Bridge Project. Total contract price is $31,431.60.
IN THE MATTER OF
AGREEMENT WITH KLAMATH COUNTY FOR WATERMASTER DISTRICT NO. 11:
I At this time the Commission entered into agreement with Klamath County for Watermaster
District No. 11 for compensation of salaries for Deputy Watermaster and Office Assistant in
said Water District. Total to be paid by Klamath County is $281.81. This agreement is in
effect from July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976.
IN THE MATTER OF
APPROPRIATIONS TRANSFERS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND:
At this time the Commission ordered that the following appropriation transfers within
the General Fund be made:
$303.50 from Tax Dept., Personal Serv., Extra Help (01-18-10H) to Tax Dept., Matl. & Serv.
Transfer and Supplement (01-18-299), payment for extra help not budgeted in Matl. & Serv. To
create line item as warrents cannot be issued out of Personal Services Accounts.
