This matter coming before the County Commission upon the
Planning Commission's recommendation who held a public hearing
on this issue, September 10, 1975, and unanimously recommended
approval, and
The County Commission deeming this action to be in the
public interest and consistent with the Comprehensive Plan for
Deschutes County,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning of the following
described property be changed from R-1, Urban Residential, to
PD, Planned Development as shown on the attached map and described
as follows:
That portion of the SW1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 27,
T17S, R12E, of the W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon:
Beginning at the S1/4 corner of said Sec. 27; thence
East 22 rods; thence North 80 rods; thence West 22
rods; thence South 80 rods to the point of beginning.
Also that portion of the SE1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 27,
T17S, R12E, W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon, described
as follows: Beginning at a point on the North sideline
of Neff Road whence the SW corner of Sec. 27, T17S, R12E,
W.M., bears South 55.43 feet and West 942.04 feet; thence
South 85°08'45" East 249.94 feet along the North sideline
of Neff Road to a point; thence East along the North
line of Neff Road 450 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence North 1°42'09" West to the North line of said SE1/4
SW1/4; thence East to the Northeast corner of said SE1/4
SW1/4; thence South to the North line of Neff Road; thence
West along the North line of Neff Road to the point of
beginning, excepting therefrom the East 60 feet of the
SE1/4 SW1/4 conveyed to the City of Bend.
SUBJEC'T' TO THE following conditions :
1. That the use and activities within the development be
limited to office uses and associated medical complexes
as contemplated by the proposed Bend Urban Area Compre-
hensive Plan.

2. That a detailed development plan be submitted pursuant
to the County Zoning Ordinance. The plan shall take
into consideration sidewalks, special setbacks and parking
areas to accormiodate adequate landscaping standards, sewer
and water lines carried through the development pursuant
to City specifications, property owner's CC & R's and
development agreement, etc.
Done by the order of the Board of Commissioners this first day of
October, 1975, to become effective immediately.
