upon the Planning Commission's recommendation who held a public hearing
on this issue, March 19, 1975, and unanimously recommended approval, and,
The County Commission deeming this action to be in the public
interest and consistent with the Comprehensive Plan for Deschutes County,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following amendment be adopted:
Deschutes County Zoning Ordinance No. PL-5:
I. Article 3 - Tourist Commercial Zone C-1
Section 3.315 Conditional Uses Permitted
Add new as follows:
7. Mobile home used for caretaker's residence.
II. Article 3 - General Commercial Zone C-2
Section 3.355 Conditional Uses Permitted
Add new as follows:
8. Mobile home used for caretaker's residence.
III. Article 3 - Light Industrial Zone M-1
Section 3.415 Conditional Uses Permitted
Add new as follows:
5. Mobile home used for caretaker's residence.
IV. Article 3 - Heavy Industrial Zone M-2
Section 3.460 Conditional Uses Permitted
Add new as follows:
13. Mobile home used for caretaker's residence.
