IN THE MATTER OF AMENDMENT TO CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN: At this time the Commission amended the Classification and Pay Plan as Adopted June 25, 1973 by adding the following: 2421 Alcohol Unit Director Range 22 $864 - 1129 IN THE MATTER OF SUPPORTING REVENUE SHARING: At this time the Commission resolved to support re-enactment of general revenue sharing by the 94th Congress and to inform local Senate and House of Representatives of this support. IN THE MATTER OF CONTRACT WITH DOUGLAS S. COATS CONSTRUCTION: At this time the Commission entered into Contract with Douglas S. Coats Construction for the Ferguson Bridge project. Total contract price is $31,490.00. IN THE MATTER OF AGREEMENT WITH CROOK COUNTY FOR WATERMASTER DISTRICT NO. 11: At this time the Commission entered into agreement with Crook County for Watermaster District No. 11 for compensation of salaries for Deputy Watermaster and Office Assistant in said Water District. Total to be paid by Crook Cojnty is $5,277.02. This agreement is in effect from July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976.
