At this time the Commission approved the following liquor license:

IN THE MATTER OF
AMENDMENT OF POLICY FOR SALE OF COUNTY LANDS:
At this time the Commission amended the Orders of April 7, 1971 and February 16, 1972
in the matter of establishing policy for sale of county lands. See order of Nov. 18, 1975
for amendments.
IN THE MATTER OF
REQUESTING HEALTH AUTHORITY FROM STATE:
At this time the Commission Resolved to request from the Oregon State Board of Health for
authority to administer the inspection of food services, tourist facilities and swimming pools.
IN THE MATTER OF
VACATION OF LAZY RIVERSOUTH LOTS 11 thru 21, Block 2 and Lots 32 thru 42, Block 3:
At this time the Commission upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission ordered the
vacation of lots 11 through 21 of block 2, and lots 32 through 42 of block 3, all in Lazy River
South.
IN THE MATTER OF CETA FUNDS:
At this time the Commission ordered the Deschutes Co. Treasurer to borrow from the
General Fund to pay the CETA payroll and expenses pursuant to ORS 294.460, until such time as
reimbursement funds are received from the State to be returned to the General Fund.
IN THE MATTER OF
ALCOHOL COUNCIL FUND:
At this time the Commission ordered the Deschutes Co. Treasure to set up a separate account
to receive and disperse Alcohol Council Funds as per agreement with the Des. Co. Council on
Alcoholism.

RESOLUTIONS TO ESTABLISH ROADS:
At this time the Commission made Resolutions of its intention to establish County Roads
in Deschutes County, Oregon described as follows:
SUNRISE CIRCLE: A strip of land 60 feet in width, 30 feet each side of centerline as
platted on the official plat of Sunset West as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
SUNSET DRIVE: A strip of land 60 feet in width, 30 feet each side of centerline as platted
on the official plat of Sunset West as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
MIDAY WAY: A strip of land 60 feet in width, 30 feet each side of centerline as platted on
the official plat of Sunset West as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
January 7, 1976 at 10:00 a.m. is set as the hearing for objections if any therebe on the
establishment of the above roads.
