petiton of Helen Rastovich as Tax Collector, and Leland A. Maust,
it appearing that a double payment of taxes was made, and-
It appearing that is necessary to refund the amount
so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 311.806
Oregon Revised Statutes, that Helen Rastovich, as Tax
Collector refund the amount of $241.74.
