At this time the Commission Resolved to Amend the Classification and Pay Plan as adopted
on June 25, 1973 by making the following change:

LEASE WITH MARTIN AND SHIRLEY ANDRE:
At this time the Commission granted a Deschutes County Grazing Lease to Martin and Shirley
Andre of approximately 440 acres. Term of lease is five years and Lessee agrees to pay $44.00
per year.

ESTABLISHMENT OF ROADS:
The Commission on May 7, 1975 held a Hearing on the establishment of Rogers Road, and
beings there were no objections nor remonstrances did Order and Decree that Rogers Road be
established as described in Resolution dated March 19, 1975 as a County Road in Deschutes
County. The legal descriptions are given in the Commission minutes of March 19, 1975.
IN THE MATTER OF
VACATION OF SECOND UNIT OF VALLEY RIDGE ACRES:
The Commission on May 7, 1975 held a Hearing on the Vacation of Second Unit of Valley
Ridge Acres Subdivision and beings there were no objections, Ordered that said plat be vacated
as described in order.
IN THE MATTER OF
ANNEXATION TO RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 2:
The Commission on May 7, 1975 held Final Hearing and beings that were no requests for an
election filed with the Board of Commissioners and there were no objections nor remonstrances
at Hearing, Ordered that the following described area be and it is hereby annexed to the Rural
Fire Protection District No. 2, Deschutes County, Oregon.
Saddleback and Saddleback West Subdivisions
IN THE MATTER OF
GRANTING DEED TO THE CITY OF REDMOND FOR IMPROVEMENT TO ROBERTS FIELD (REDMOND AIRPORT
At this time the Commission granted a deed to the City of Redmond for approximately
212 acres adjoining the Redmond Airport for the needed improvements to the Redmond Airport.
If this property ceases to be used for airport purposes in connection with Roberts Field
Redmond Municipal Airport, it shall revert to the grantor.

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE OVERALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM COMMITTEE:
At this time the Committee appointed 113 members to the Overall Economic Development
Committee for Deschutes County. Their terms of office to be until further ordered.
IN THE MATTER OF
RESOLUTIONS TO ESTABLISH ROADS:
At this time the Commission made Resolutions of its intention to establish County Roads
in Deschutes County, Oregon described as follows:
JUNIPERHAVEN AVENUE: A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet each side
of centerline as platted on the official plat of Reed Market East Plat #151 as recorded in the
office of the County Clerk.
PINEHAVEN AVENUE: A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet each side of
centerline as platted on the official plat of Reed Market East Plat #151 as recorded in the
office of the County Clerk.
FARGO LANE: A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet each side of
centerline as platted on the official plat of Reed Market East Plat #151 as recorded in the
office of the County Clerk.
WOODHAVEN AVENUE: A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet each side of
centerline as platted on the official plat of Reed Market East Plat #151 as recorded in the
office of the County Clerk.
And it is Ordered that the County Roadmaster or his duly qualified deputy, shall give notice
of this Resolution by posting true copies thereof, properly certified to as such by the County
Clerk, at the place of holding County Court and also at three public places in the vicinity
of said proposed road thirty days previous to the consideration of this Resolution by the Board
of County Commissioners, notifying all persons concerned that said Resolution will be considered
and passed upon by this Board of County Commissioners at a meeting on the 18th day of June,
1975, at which time the Board of County Commissioners will consider any objections or remon-
strances which may be filed on account of said proposed road.

to permit a levy to provide funds for financing the operation of the offices of Deschutes
County. The levy shall be for the amount of $404,312.00 for a period of one year. The
maximum rate of levy be sixty seven cents (67ยข) per thousand dollars of true cash value of
taxable property.
IN THE MATTER OF
AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM F. BOGIE ARCHITECT:
At the time the Commission entered into agreement with William F. Bogie for the
architectial services for the remolding of the south west wing of the first floor and the
south east wing and south west wing of the second floor plus the jail facilities of the main
Courthouse Building. For these services, Deschutes County will pay $1,000.00.
