This matter coming before the Commission upon the petition
of F. C. Shol es as Tax Collector and Amfac Mortgage Corp., and
It appearing that taxes were paid on the wrong property, and
It appearing that it is necessary to refund the amount
so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 311.806 Oregon
Revised Statutes, that F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector refund the
amount of $1,089-45.
