This matter coming before the Commission upon the Commissions
own petition, and the Commission having made investigation and being
advised, and
It appearing that the Board of Commissioners can substantiate
transferring $6,596.80 of the land sale funds to the General Fund for
services rendered by those departments in the General Fund,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That on June 27, 1975, the Deschutes
County Treasurer shall deposit $6,596.80 of land sale funds to the
General Fund as reimbursement for the costs of managing county lands,
and distribute the balance of the land sale funds to the various taxing
districts.
IT IS ALSO ORDERED That one percent (1%) of the County share
of the land sale funds be credited to the Deschutes County Museum Fund.
