This matter coming before the Commission
upon the petition of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector
and First Federal Savings 8 Loan, and
It appearing that an overpayment of property
taxes has been made, and
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to
Chapter 311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C.
Sholes as Tax Collector refund the amount of $611.83.
