REVISING THE BASE PER SQUARE FOOT VALUE FOR BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE:
At this time the Commission ordered that a new Base figure of 17 dollars per square
foot be used for establishing the value of a single family dwelling; and 5 dollars per square
foot be used for establishing the value of a garage.

ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #4:
At this time the Commission approved the assessment roll of completed road work in
Deschutes River Woods in Local Improvement District #4 as presented.

TRANSFER OF FUNDS:
At this time the Commission ordered the County Treasurer make the following transfers
of funds: From General Road Fund, $120,000.00 to Road Reserve Fund.

At this time the Commission gave notice of its intent to cancel their Audit Agreement

COMMISSIONERS BOARD APPOINTMENTS FOR 1975:
At this time the Commission assigned the following Board appointments: Abe: COLEPA,
J -J Boys Ranch, Union Contracts, Bureau of Outdoor Recreation, and Solid Waste. Don: Forestry,
Revenue Sharing, COIC, Budget, Museum Board and Manpower Board. Bob: Personnel, J -J Boys
Ranch Alternate, Bicentennial, COIC Alternate, Board of Equalization, Jail, Tri-Cty. Home Health
Board and Safety Committee. Appointments to the AOC Committees are undecided at this time.

FORMATION OF A CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE:
At this time the Commission voted unanimously to form a Citizens Advisory Committee. The
Committee will serve without pay. Keith Olds was appointed Chairman and members to the
Committee will be appointed later.
