IN THE MATTER OF REVISING THE BASE PER SQUARE FOOT VALUE FOR BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE: At this time the Commission ordered that a new Base figure of 17 dollars per square foot be used for establishing the value of a single family dwelling; and 5 dollars per square foot be used for establishing the value of a garage. IN THE MATTER OF ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #4: At this time the Commission approved the assessment roll of completed road work in Deschutes River Woods in Local Improvement District #4 as presented. IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFER OF FUNDS: At this time the Commission ordered the County Treasurer make the following transfers of funds: From General Road Fund, $120,000.00 to Road Reserve Fund. IN THE MATTER OF TERMINATION OF AUDIT AGREEMENT WITH LIPPOLD, BRENNER & BINGENHEIMER: At this time the Commission gave notice of its intent to cancel their Audit Agreement with Lippold, Brenner & Bingenheimer, Public Accountants. W. M. IN THE MATTER OF COMMISSIONERS BOARD APPOINTMENTS FOR 1975: At this time the Commission assigned the following Board appointments: Abe: COLEPA, J -J Boys Ranch, Union Contracts, Bureau of Outdoor Recreation, and Solid Waste. Don: Forestry, Revenue Sharing, COIC, Budget, Museum Board and Manpower Board. Bob: Personnel, J -J Boys Ranch Alternate, Bicentennial, COIC Alternate, Board of Equalization, Jail, Tri-Cty. Home Health Board and Safety Committee. Appointments to the AOC Committees are undecided at this time. IN THE MATTER OF FORMATION OF A CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE: At this time the Commission voted unanimously to form a Citizens Advisory Committee. The Committee will serve without pay. Keith Olds was appointed Chairman and members to the Committee will be appointed later. There being no further business at this time, Court Session was adjourned.
