This matter having come before the Commission on the 16th
day of October, 1974, upon the petition of owners of property in Hill-
man Addition, Terrebonne, Oregon, requesting the vacation of "G" Avenue,
to wit:
All that portion of "G" Avenue from the easterly right-of-way
line of Ilth Street to the westerly right-of-way line of 13th
Street according to the official plat of Hillman Addition,
Terrebonne, Oregon, as recorded in the office of the Deschutes
County Clerk.
That there is on file and of record in the Deschutes County
Clerk's office the approval of the said Deschutes County Board of
Commissioners, in and to the said vacation as herein set forth,
That there is also on file and of record the certificate of
Dave Hoerning, Director of Public Works, swearing to the placing and
posting of notice of the aforesaid vacation on three places within
the limits of the area to be vacated, and one notice posted on each
of the Bulletin Boards at the Deschutes County Courthouse and Annex.
That the reasons have been set forth by the petitioner for
the necessity of the vacation which has been petitioned, and it appear-
ing to the Commission that the petition has been filed with the County
Clerk for thirty days or more previous to the 16th day of October, 1974,
and the Commission being fully advised in the premises,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the above described
public road, located in Deschutes County, Oregon, shall be and the same
is hereby vacated, as there were no objections at such Hearing held
Wednesday, October 16, 1974.
