APPOINTMENT TO SPECIAL ROAD DISTRICT #1,:
At this time the Commission accepted the resignation of Jack L. Broadley
from the Board of Special Road District #1 and appointed Frank Milby to his
unexpired term.
IN THE MATTER OF
ANNEXATION TO RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DIST. #2:
The Commission, on November 6, 1974 held Final Hearing and, beings there
were no requests for an election filed with the Board of Commissioners and
there were no objections nor remonstrances at Hearing, Ordered thar the follow-
ing described area be nad it is hereby annexed to the Rural Fire Protection
District No. 2, Deschutes County, Oregon:
Section 36, Township 16 South, Range 11 East of W. M.
Order was certified to the Deschutes County Assessor's Office on Nov. 6, 1974.

ESTABLISHMENT OF ROADS:
The Commission on November 6, 1974, held a Hearing on the establishment of
Park Wan and Florence Drive, and beings there were no objections nor remonstrances
dis Order and Decree that Park Way and Florence Drive in the Plat of East Villa
Phase I be established as described in Resolutions dated Sept. 18, 1974 as County
Roads in Deschutes County. The legal descriptions are given in the Commission
Minutes dated Sept. 18, 1974.
IN THE MATTER OF
WAY OF NECESSITY FOR JAMES S. DREW:
At this time the Commission, upon the petition of James S. Drew for a
way of necessity to his property ordered a Board of Reviewers be appointed and
meet on the 26th day of Nov. 1974 to view and locate a suitable ingress and
egress to the property described in the petition. It was further ordered that
notice be given to Kenneth and Betty Mathers and Dr. and Mrs. Lief Johnson that
the Board of Reviewers will give their report to the Commission at their
regular session on Dec. 4, 1974.
IN THE MATTER OF
CHANGING COURT DAY FROM NOV. 20 TO NOV. 18. 1974:
At this time the Commission ordered Court Day changed from Nov. 20,
to Nov. 18, 1974 due to the Association of Oregon Counties Convention in
Portland which will be attended by several County Officials.

BYRAM COURT -A strip of land for street purposes 50 feet in width, 25 feet each
side of centerline as platted on the official plat of Wallace Acres Plat #83
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
WALLACE ROAD -A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet each
side of centerline as platted on the official plat of Wallace Acres Plat #83
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
And it is ordered that the County Roadmaster or his duly qualified deputy, shall
give notice of this Resolution by posting true copies thereof, properly certified
to as such by the County Clerk, at the place of holding County Court and also at
three public places in the vicinity of said proposed road thirty days previous to
the consideration of this Resolution by the Board of County Commissioners, noti-
fying all persons concerned that said Resolution will be considered and passed
upon by this Board of Commissioners at a meeting on the 18th day of December,
1974 at which time the Board of County Commissioners will consider any objections
or remonstrances which may be filed on account of said proposed road.
IN THE MATTER OF
APPROPRIATIONS TRANSFERS WITHIN GENERAL FUND:
At this time the Commission ordered that the following appropriations
within the General Fund be made:
$39.00 from Supplemental Tax Roll, Personal Ser., Extra Help (01-31-1013)
to Supplemental Tax Roll, Materials & Ser., Extra Help (01-31-221) because
transfer previously made was not sufficient to cover amount needed.
$200.00 from Supplemental Tax, Personal Ser., Extra Help (01-31-1013) to
Supplemental Tax, Personal Ser., Extra Help (01-31-10A) correction of transfer
#27 because wrong item charged in previous transfer.
IN THE MATTER OF
APPROPRIATIONS TRANSFERS WITHIN LIBRARY FUND:
At this time the Commission ordered that the following appropriations
within the Library Fund be made:
$600.00 from Library, Materials & Services, Books (05-53-209) to Library
Materials & Services, Postage (05-53-213) interim transfer before supplemental
budget allocated.
IN THE MATTER OF
AMENDING DEED GIVEN TO PHILIP W. & JOSEPHINE G. CHASE:
At this time the Commission ordered that a corrected deed be issued
to Philip W. and Josephine G. Chase to read in Mr. Chases name as Philip W.
Chase instead of Philip Ward Chase as originally conveyed.
IN THE MATTER OF
AGREEMENT WITH EMPLOYMENT DIVISION:
At this time the Commission entered into agreement with the Employment
Division, State of Oregon for the Neighbor Youth program. The County
agrees to employ students to train in the County under supervision and the
State agrees to pay the wages of the students.
