This matter coming before the Commission upon the petition
of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector and Jerry Beech, and
It appearing that a payment of property taxes has been made
on the wriong account, and
It appearing that it is necessary to refund the amount
so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 311.806 Oregon
Revised Statutes, that F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector refund the
amount of $116.22.
