ISSUANCE OF A FRANCHISE TO RICHARD A. AND VICKI A. BROWNRIGG:
At this time the Commission ordered that Richard A. Brownrigg and Vicki A.
Brownrigg dba Cascade Sanitary Service, Kelvic Disposal Co. and Sun Country
Disposal be granted a franchise for the collection of solid wastes and wastes
as applied for for a period to end December 31, 1984.

At this time the Commission ordered that Henry D. Hahn and Richard A.
Hartzell dba Central Oregon Disposal Service and High Country Disposal Service
be granted a franchise for the collection of solid wastes and wastes as applied
for for a period to end December 31, 1984.

ISSUANCE OF A FRANCHISE TO EDWARD S. DALEY:
At this time the Commission ordered that Edward S. Daley dba LaPine
Disposal Service be granted a franchise for the collection of solid wastes and
wastes as applied for for a period to end December 31, 1984.
IN THE MATTER OF
ISSUANCE OF A FRANCHISE TO JOSEPH M. CHOTARD AND JOHN A CHOTARD:
At this time the Commission ordered that Joseph M. Chotard and John A.
Chotard dba Bend Garbage Co. be granted a franchise for the collection of solid
wastes and wastes as applied for for a period to end December 31, 1984.
IN THE MATTER OF
COMPLETED LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #4:
At this time the Commission was presented with the Assessment roll of
completed road work in local Improvement District #4. January 22, 1975 was
the date set for hearing objections to the assessments.
IN THE MATTER OF
ESTABLISHMENT OF ROADS:
The Commission on December 18, 1974 hel-dra Hearing on the establishment of
Byram Court, Carolyn Court, Wallace Road, and Martee Lane, and beings there were
no objections nor remonstrances did Order and Decree that Byram Court, Carolyn
Court, Wallace Road and Martee Lane in the plat of Wallace Acres #83, be
established as described in Resolutions dated Nov. 6, 1974 as County Roads in

At this time the Commission ordered that do to Jan. 1, 1975 being a
holiday and the swearing in of the new Commissioners, January 6, Court Days for
the month of January wi I I be January 8 and January 22.
IN THE MATTER OF
APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR OF TRI COUNTY HOME HEALTH AGENCY:
At this time the Commission, upon the recommendation of the Tri -County
Home Health Agency, appointed Margaret Iseli, Administrator of the Tri -County
Home Health Agency, effective immediately.
IN THE MATTER OF
APPOINTING A DEPOSITORY FOR COUNTY FUNDS.:
At this time the Commission granted Helen Rastovich, Deschutes County
Treasurer permission to use Pacific First Federal Savings and Loan Association
as a depository of county funds.
IN THE MATTER OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN DESCHUTES CO. HEALTH DEPT. AND WELFARE:
'>1 At this time the Commission on behalf of the Health Dept. entered into
agreement with the State Welfare Division to provide medical assistance for
children under 21 who are participants in the Welfare plan.
IN THE MATTER OF
THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC WAY:
At this time the Commission acting upon the petition of P. W. Chase,
Herbert E. Hartmann, and Denis M. Dant, Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon resolved
to vacate the following described Public Way, to wit:
The easterly 50 feet of the NE4 NW4 of Section 28, Township 16 South,
Range 11 East of the Williamette Meridian as recorded in the Commissioners
Journal in Volumne 16, page 244.
It is, therefore Ordered that copies of this Resolution, duly certified
to as such by the County Clerk, shall be posted in three (3) places along the
road to be vacated, and that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the Bulletin
Board in the entrance of the Deschutes County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon, that
Wednesday, February 5, 1975 at 10:00 A. M. at the County Courtroom, County
Courthouse, Bend, Oregon, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and
place for the hearing of objections,, if any therebe why said portion of the
road should not be vacated.

At this time the Commission order ed that the following appropriations
