and William Ereth, and
It appearing that an overpayment of property
taxes ahs been made, an.d
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to
Chapter 311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C.
Sholes as Tax Collector refund the amount of $3.66.
