The Commission noted that �Irs. Fred Daggett, Sheridan Fannestock, Walter G.
Miles, Dave Hoerning, Director of Public Works; Charles L. Plummer, Road "laster;
Lorin Morgan, Planning Director, and Lucia Venator, Secretary were present at the
morning session.
IN THE MATTER OF
RESOLUTIONS TO ESTABLISH ROADS:
At this time the Commission made Resolutions of its intention to establish
county roads in Deschutes County, Oregon, described as follows:
SILVER SAGE ST. - A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet
each side of centerline as platted on the official plat of High Country Plat #152
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
CONCHO STREET - A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet
each side of centerline as platted on the official plat of High Country Plat /,'152
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
TAPADERA STREET - A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet
each side of centerline as platted on the official plat of High Country Plat #152
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
And it is ordered that the County Roadmaster or his duly qualified deputy, shall
give notice of this Resolution by posting true copies thereof, properly certified
to as such by the County Clerk, at the place of holding County Court and also at
three public places in the vicinity of said proposed road thirty days previous to
the consideration of this Resolution by the Board of County Commissioners, noti-
fying all persons concerned that siad Resolution will be considered and passed
upon by this Board of Commissioners at a meeting on the l8th day of September,
1974 at which time the Board of County Commissioners will consider any objections
or remonstrances which may be filed on account of said proposed road.
IN THE MATTER OF
ZONE CHANGE REQUEST FOR TAYLOR:
At this time the Commission, upon the request of the Planning Commission
who held a public hearing and unanimously recommended approval, ordered that
zone change for Frank Taylor be adopted changing from A-1, Exclusive Agriculture,
to SR -I, Suburban Residential on all of the NW41 of the NE14 and all that portion
of the SW!4 of the NE41 and of the NW!4 of the SEI
4 and SW41 of the NE14 as lies
northerly of the main Central Oregon Irrigation District Canal. All being
situated in Section 10, Township 18 South, Range 12 East of the Willamette

At this time the Commission ordered that appropriations be made for
fiscal year beginning July 1, 1974 for the following funds: 510 Early Start
Grant, 510 Grant, Central Oregon Service Coordination Grant, Atabuse Treatment
Grant, Toy, Tool and Instrument Collection Grant, Adult Non -Fiction Book Grant,
