This matter coming before the County Board of Commissioners
upon the Planning Commission's recommendation who held a public
hearing on this issue August 13, 1974, and unanimously recommended
approval, and,
The County Board of Commissioners deeming this action to be
consistent with the policies established by the Planning Commission
at the time the zone plan was adopted for this area pursuant to the
Comprehensive Plan which provides that the County will automatically
change the zone to allow for the RR -1 Rural Recreation Residential
land partitions or subdivisions providing that the property is suitable
for sewage disposal and has legal access:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following described property
be changed from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to RR -1 Rural Recreation
Residential:
All of that portion of the East half of the NW 1/4 of
Section 7, Township 20 South, Range 11 East, W. M. lying
east of the Deschutes River located on Harper Bridge Road.
Done by order of the Board of County Commissioners this
4th day of September, 1974, to become effective immediately.
