IN THE MATTER OF THE PROPOSED FORMATION OF RIMROCK WEST SANITARY DISTRICT: At this time the Commission, having received petitions containing the required number of signatures of persons asking that a Sanitation District be formed under the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes 198.705 to 198.955 and 450.005 to 450.303, lying within the following boundaries in Deschutes County, Oregon to wit: The SE! of NE14 of Section 19, T. 17 S, R. 12 E., W. M., and that portion of the N! of Se C . 20, T. 17 S., R. 12 E., W. M., lying westerly of the Deschutes River, and that portion of the S12 of SW41, Sec. 17, T. 17 S., R. 12E., W. M., lying southerly and westerly of the Deschutes River. Ordered that a Public Hearing on the matter of the proposed formation of the Rimrock West Sanitary District be held on July 30, 1974. IN THE MATTER OF CLOVERDALE RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: At this time the Commission received a petition from the Cloverdale Rural Fire Protection District and appointed Leonard King, Bob McCoy and Marvin Leith to the Board of Directors of the Cloverdale R. F. P. D. until such time as an election can be held to elect their successors. IN THE 14ATTER OF BOATING LAW ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT: At this time the Commission adopted Appendix A to Boating Law Enforcement Agreement between the State Marine Board and Deschutes County, concerning purchase of Equipment, Expense Account Allowances, Supervisory Salaries, Communication and Unapproved Contracts. IN THE MATTER OF" AGREE,'-,1ENT WITH CHOPP: At this time the Commission entered into an agreement with Millie Chopp for the Cleaning Contract of all offices in the Department of Public Works Bldg. for the amount of $398.00 per month. This agreement shall run from July 1, 1974 to June 30, 1975. IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFER OF FUNDS: At this time the Commission ordered the Deschutes County Treasurer transfer $2,600.00 from the Dog Control Fund to the Dog Control Pickup and Crematorium Fund under Capital Outlay for the purchase of a new pickup in accordance with the 1974-1975 budget. IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS WITI-iln�llth JUDICIAL DIST.: At this time the Commission ordered the Deschutes County Treasurer transfer appropriations within the Ilth Judicial District as follows: To: I'laterials and Services, $9,824.07 and Personal Services $175.93 from Contigency Fund. IN THE MATTER OF APPROPRIATIONS TRANSFERS WITHIN ROAD FUND: At this time the Commission ordered that the following transfers of appropriations within the Road Fund be made: $200.00 from Road Dept., Materials and Service, Asphalt and Agg. (02-50-228) to Road Dept., Materials and Service, Radio Repair -Maint., (02-50-230) to increase budget amount. - 3 - I N I THE MATTER OF VOL 18 FACE683 APPROPRIATIONS TRANSFERS WITHIN ROAD FUND CON'T: $200.00 from Road Dept., Materials and Service, Asphalt and Agg. (02-50-228) to Road Dept., Materials and Service, Tires, (02-50-221) to increase budget amount. IN THE MATTER OF APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN GENERAL FUND: At this time the Commission ordered the transfer of appropriations in the amount of $10,788.62 within the General Fund, (See attached Resolution), in order to balance line item at year end according to instructions from Auditors. IN THE [4ATTER OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #2: At this time the Commission approved the completion of work on Quail Haven Drive and pursuant to 0. R. S. 371.645 set July 17, 1974 as the hearing date for objections to the assessments. IN THE MATTER OF MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE DESCHUTES CO. LIBRARY: At this time the Commission Resolved and Ordered that the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners appropriates funds in the amount of $74,476.00 to the Deschutes County Library for fiscal year 1974-1975 in the following manner: Personal Services $62,913.00 and Materials and Services $41,866.00, making a total of $104,779.00 The difference between $74,478.00 and $104,779.00 funds from other sources such as City of Bend, internal receipts, prior year tax levy, etc. IN THE MATTER OF PERSONNEL ACTION: At this time the Commission approved the following personnel action: Placed Buddene E.
