7 A Resolution having been entered on the 5th day of June, 1974,
g for an exchange of certain real property interestsbetween Deschutes
9 County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, and Central
10 Oregon Community College, and due notice having been given by publica-
11 tion, and the hearing having been held on July 24, 1974 at 10:00 a.m.
12 and there being no testimony in opposition to said resolution and
13 the Court having made the following findings of fact:
14 1. That the lands to be traded are of equal value_, and
15 2. It is in the best interests of Deschutes County that such
16 an exchange be madd
17 Now therefore,

19 Deed to Central Oregon Community College for a certain property interest

2 A tract of land for a road right-of-way, located in the
Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the South

3 east quarter of Section 25, Township 17 South, Range 11
East, W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon, more particularly
4 described as:
5 Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
6 of Section 25; thence Northerly along the Westerly line
of said Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
7 the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 25 a distance of 140.00 feet; thence Southeasterly
8 to the intersection with the Southerly line of said
Section 25, which is 350.00 feet Easterly of the point of
9 beginning; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of
