O R D E R
This matter coming before the County Commission upon
the Planning Commission's recommendation who held a public hearing
on this issue March 26, 1974, and unanimously recommended
approval, and
The County Commission deeming this action to be
consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, and therefore in
the public interest, and
Pursuant to Deschutes County Zoning Ordinance No. PL -5,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following Zone Change
be adopted:
That the following described property be zoned
PD Planned Development:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter and the Southwest quarter of the southeast quarter
of Section 22, Township 18 S, Range 11 E. W. M. beginning
at the Northwest corner of said Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter and running thence South 89°40145" East
along the North line of said Southeast quarter of the
Southwest Quarter a distance of 1320.63 feet to the
Northeast corner of said legal subdivision; thence South
89°49130" East along the north line of the Southwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 22 a
distance of 362.43 ft; thence South 11°15'45" East 200.00
feet; thence South 70° 02135" West 56-5 feet more or less to a point
which is 826.26`feet South 23°43115" East of the point of beg[-nning-of
this des'cript[.on;thence South 69°45145" West 413.00 feet; Thence
North 79°45145" West 300.00 feet; thence South 73°09115" West
855.00 feet; thence North 75035145" West 276.00 feet to a
point in the West line of said Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 22; thence North 0°48125" East
along said West line 995.28 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the right of way of the Century Drive
Highway, formerly known as the Century Drive Market Road, as
the same is now laid out and established over the
Northwesterly corner of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of said Section 22.
