This matter coming before the Commission
upon the petition of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector
and John Zamstein, and
It appearing that error was made by Assessor's
Office in determining tax on property, and
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to
Chapter 311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C.
Shotes as Tax Collector refund the amount of $93.81.
