LaPine Special Road District )
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County,
Oregon has received petitions containing 168 signatures evidencing written
requests that an election upon the question of whether the LaPine Special
Road District should be formed.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that an election be held
June 18, 1974 pursuant to ORS 198.815 on the .question whether the District
should be formed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of said election be given as
required by law.
