This matter coming before the Commission
upon the petition of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector
and First Federal Savings $ Loan Assn., and
It appearing that payment of taxes was
made on wrong property, and
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to
Chapter 311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C.
Sholes as Tax Collector refund the amount of $595.31.
