Shearman for ABC Florist in Redmond in the amount of $44.72 as there was double assess- ment on a walk-in cooler and a boiler. -4- V C L 1. 7 IN THE MATTER OF HEARING ON ANNEXATION TO RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DIST.: At this time the Commission set the date of Septemberl9, 1973, at 10:00 a.m. in the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex for the Hearing to receive any protests to the proposed annexation of all property in the plat of Cimarron City and the replats of said subdivision to the Rural Fire Protection District #2. IN THE MATTER OF SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET: On September 5, 1973, the Commission held a Hearing on a supplemental budget for the fiscal year 1973-74; the funds that will provide the supplemental budget are from sources other than additional taxation not foreseen at the time of the adoption of the 1973-74 budget --all in conformity with ORS 294.480 (1). The supplemental budget was approved by the Board of Commissioners on September 5. At this time the Commission resolved that funds available from the United States Forest Service through participation in the Forest Patrol program in the amount of $21,476.72 be appropriated to the Sheriff's Forest Patrol budget in the following manner: Personal Services --Salaries $10,003.84, Employees' Taxes and Insurance $484.88; Materials and Services --Uniform Cleaning $80.00, Transportation and Travel $10,908.00 to cover salaries and expenses involved in hiring personnel for Forest Patrol. IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND: At this time the Commission resolved that appropriations in the amount of $1,215.12 be transferred from the Sheriff's Personal Services, Salaries 01 -17 -ION to Sheriff's Personal Services, Forest Patrol Fringe Benefits 01-17-100 as Forest Patrol Fringe Benefits were underbudgeted. At this time the Commission resolved that appropriations in the amount of $900.00 be transferred from Abundant Food Personal Services, J -J Boys to Abundant Food Materials and Services, Extra Help as J -J Boys are paid by warrant so should be paid out of Materials and Services. IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHMENT OF PETTY CASH FUNDS: At this time the Commission resolved that appropriations in the amount of $25.00 be transferred from appropriations in the Contingency Fund in the General Fund to appropriations for Materials and Services of the Planning Department in the General Fund to establish Petty Cash Fund in the Planning Dept. At this time the Commission resolved that appropriations in the amount of $25.00 be transferred from the appropriations in the Contingency Fund in the General Fund to appropriations for Materials and Services of the Medical -Nursing General Health in the General Fund to establish a Petty Cash Fund in the Medical -Nursing General Health Dept. IN THE MATTER OF QUITCLAIM DEED: At this time the Commission granted Quitclaim Deed to Carl L. Campbell and Virginia E. Campbell of all rights, title and interest on real property in Deschutes County described as: SW4 SWk of Sec. 35, T. 15S., R. 11 E., W.M. IN THE MATTER OF TERMINATION OF OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT.: At this time the Commission gave official notice of termination of Occupancy Agreement of Deschutes County with Mr. Donald E. Wahaus on real property in SWJ NEj and NWk SE14 of Sec. 36, T. 14S., R. 12 E., W.M. Termination date will be October 14, 1973. -5- I . .1 v cl L 17 wr-323 IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHMENT OF STREETS IN THE PLAT OF SADDLEBACK WEST: The Commission, on September 5, 1973, held a Hearing and, beings there were no objections nor remonstrances, did Order and Decree that HAKAMORE DRIVE, GOLD SPUR WAY, MARTINGALE CIRCLE and BRIDLE LANE in the plat of SADDLEBACK WEST be established as described in Resolutions dated August 1, 1973, as county roads in Deschutes County. The legal descriptions being given in the Commission minutes dated August 1, 1973. IN THE MATTER OF NOTICE TO HETU ON VIOLATION OF ORDINANCE CG -4: At this time the Commission extended date that Harold Hetu is to appear before the Des. Co. Board of Commissioners to October 3, 1973, to show cause that a nuisance under provisions of Ordinance CG -4 does not exist.
