Y IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Matter of Zone Change Request initiated by Deschutes County from A-1 Exclusive Agricultural to A -1-T Exclusive Agricultural with Transitional Standards ORDER This matter coming before the County Commission upon the Planning Commission's recommendation who held a public hearing on this issue August 28, 1973, and unanimously recommended approval, and The County Commission deeming this action to be in public interest and the County Commission being advised, and Pursuant to County Zoning Ordinance PL -5, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following Zone Change be adopted: That the following described property be zoned A -1-T Exclusive Agricultural with transitional standards to restrict the use of mobile homes: Within Sections 21, 22, 26, 27, 28 and that part of Section 15 lying south of the Bend -Sisters Highway in Township 16 South, Range 11 E, W.M. located north and south of Couch Market Road.
