This matter coming before the Board of County
Commissioners, upon the Commission's own petition, and
the Commission being advised,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the County Clerk
pay all employees regular compensation for Monday,
November 5, as the Courthouse was officially closed
on that day. Employees who were unable to come to
work on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 6 and 7 will
be allowed to take comp time or vacation time. It is
also ORDERED that the Department Head be responsible
for reporting if any employees were absent and whether
they will be taking comp time or vacation time or
without pay.
