At this time the Commission, upon the petition of the Planning Commission
and the unanimous recommendation at public hearing, adopted a uniform building
and plumbing code for Deschutes County herein established as County Ordinance
No. PL -7.

ZONE CHANGE FOR INDIAN FORD RANCH:
At this time the Commission, upon the petition of the Planning Commission
and upon the unanimous recommendation at public hearing, approved zone change
request by Indian Ford Ranch Homes, Inc. from A -1-T Exclusive Agricultural
with Transitional Standards to R.R. I Rural Recreation Residential.

OPENING BIDS ON SEALING PROJECTS 1973:
At this time the bid opening was conducted by Deputy County Clerk Susie
Penhollow on Deschutes County Sealing Projects 1973. Deschutes Paving and
Oiling, DBA was awarded low bid for the total amount of $43,005.70. Other bidders
were R. L. Coats $53,307.80, Bend Aggregate $47,708.90 and Babler Bros. Inc.
$44,895.40.

At this time Commission Chairman Joe W. Peden proclaimed August 2 to

At this time the Commission ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to issue
a monthly payment of $50.00 to Mel Tappe for custodial and maintenance services
of Deschutes County Pioneer Museum.

At this time the Commission approved the redemption by Glenn H. and LaVerne
Payne of all that real property situated in Deschutes County described as:
