IN THE MATTER OF UNIFORM BUILDING & PLUMBING CODE: At this time the Commission, upon the petition of the Planning Commission and the unanimous recommendation at public hearing, adopted a uniform building and plumbing code for Deschutes County herein established as County Ordinance No. PL -7. IN THE MATTER OF ZONE CHANGE FOR INDIAN FORD RANCH: At this time the Commission, upon the petition of the Planning Commission and upon the unanimous recommendation at public hearing, approved zone change request by Indian Ford Ranch Homes, Inc. from A -1-T Exclusive Agricultural with Transitional Standards to R.R. I Rural Recreation Residential. IN THE MATTER OF OPENING BIDS ON SEALING PROJECTS 1973: At this time the bid opening was conducted by Deputy County Clerk Susie Penhollow on Deschutes County Sealing Projects 1973. Deschutes Paving and Oiling, DBA was awarded low bid for the total amount of $43,005.70. Other bidders were R. L. Coats $53,307.80, Bend Aggregate $47,708.90 and Babler Bros. Inc. $44,895.40. Peden proclaimed August 2 to August 5 as Disabled American Veterans Forget -Me -Not period and urged the support of all citizens, interested groups and organizations for that period. IN THE MATTER OF MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO MUSEUM CARETAKER: At this time the Commission ordered the Deschutes County Clerk to issue a monthly payment of $50.00 to Mel Tappe for custodial and maintenance services of Deschutes County Pioneer Museum. IN THE MATTER OF PROPERTY REDEMPTION: At this time the Commission approved the redemption by Glenn H. and LaVerne Payne of all that real property situated in Deschutes County described as: The South 330 feet of the West 330 feet of the N1 SE4' NE4 of Section 34 Township 20 S., Range 10 E., W.M, for the sum of $259.05, being the amount of delinquent taxes. Harrell on 80 acres in Township 17 S., Range 14 E., W.M., Section 27 W12 SE14- At this time the Commission granted grazing lease to James A. Gregg on 80 acres in Township 17 S., Range 14 E., W.M., Section 27 W12 SE4 from July 1, 1973 to December 31, 1978. IN THE MATTER OF LEASE TO 'ENTRAL OREGON INDUSTRIAL PARK: At this time the Commission granted lease to Central Oregon Industrial Park on property described as: Wj W12 SW14 Section 28, Township 15 S., Range 13 E., W.M. (40 acres) for the sum of $1,318.80 annually; term of lease to be July 1, 1973 to June 30, 1983. IN THE MATTER OF CHANGE ORDER ON COURTHOUSE ANNEX ADDITION: At this time the Commission Addition, increasing contract sum IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF TAXES: approved change order in Courthouse Annex by $2,333.33.
