This matter coming before the Commission
upon the petition of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector
and Pacific First Federal Savings and Loan, and
It appearing that double payment of taxes
has been made in the amountsof $81.11 and $55.76 on
property, and
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to
Chapter 311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C.
Sholes as Tax Collector refund the amount of $136.87.
