This matter coming before the Board of County Commissioners upon the
petition of Patrick Gisler, Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon, requesting the
vacation of a public road.
And it further appearing that it is necessary to consider this vaca-
tion for reasons of maintenance and access; and the Board of County Commissioners
feels this change should be made to serve the interests of all land owners in
this area,
IT IS, THEREFORE, HEREBY RESOLVED. that it is the intention of the
Board of County Commissioners to vacate the following described road, to -wit:
The South '30 feet of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section
22, all in Township 21 South, Range 10 East of the Willamette
Meridian.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED THAT copies of this Resolution,,duly certi-
fied to as such by the County Clerk, shall be posted in three (3) places along
the road to be vacated and that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the
Bulletin Board in the entrance of the Deschutes County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon;
that Wednesday, December 6, 1972, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, at the
County Courtroom, County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon, be and the same is hereby
fixed as the time and place for the hearing of objection, if any therebe,, why
said portion of the road should not be vacated as a portion 'of the Deschutes
County Road System.
