Investigations involving unusual circumstances shall be presented to the Board of Commissioners for review and further consideration. IN THE MATTER OF POLICY GOVERNING ATTENDANCE OF APPOINTIVE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS: At this time the Commission resolved that when an appointed member of any board or commission fails to attend three successive, regularly scheduled meetings (excluding special meetings), he or she shall be replaced by the Board of Comm. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF TAXES: At this time the Commission the following refund of taxes: Dean Masterson IN THE MATTER OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC WAY: Ordered F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector to make Double payment $83.51 At this time the Commission Ordered that the easterly 50 feet of the NEuNWµ of Sec. 28, Twp. 16 S., Range 11 E.,W.M. be and is hereby designated as a public way. IN THE MATTER OF M.R.S. COMPANY, INC. EXCHANGE: At this time the Commission received a Warranty Deed from the M.R.S. Co. Inc. for property as described in a deed recorded in Vol. 190, page 441, Book of Deeds. At this time the Commission entered into a Real Estate Contract with the M.R.S. Co. Inc. completing the exchange as recorded in Vol. 190, page 402, Book of Deeds. IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHMENT OF COUNTY ROADS: The Commission, on November 15, 1972, held a Hearing and beings there were no objections_ nor remonstrances, did Order and Decree that FINDER LANE, LLiOMA VISTA DRIVE, LAS SERRANOS DRIVE,(OHOGANY ST., McMULLIN DRIVE,*NTARA DRIVE, RIDGE DRIVE and(ILLAGE LANE be established, as described in Resolutions dated October 6, 1972, as county roads in Deschutes County. The legal descriptions being given in the Commission minutes dated October 4, 1972. IN THE MATTER OF DEEDS OF COUNTY -OWNED LANDS: At this time the Commission executed the following Deeds for county -owned lands: Deschutes County to Robert R. Smith & Donna M. Knauer on the Watermaster's Dept. payroll as an Assistant Watermaster at $685 per month effective Nov. I, 1972. Termination of Kirby Burwell from the Road Dept. effective Nov. I, 1972. Termination of Robert Grogan from the Road Dept. effective Nov. 17, 1972. Termination of Keith Palmer from the Road Dept. effective Nov. 30, 1972.
