This matter coming before the Commission upon
the petition of County Medical Investigator, Dr. David
S. Spence, and State Medical Investigator, Dr. William
J. Brady, and
The Commission having made inquiry and being
advised, and
It appearing that the present rate of $15.00
per case being paid Medical Investigators in Deschutes
County should be increased,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That retroactive to
October I, 1972 Medical Investigators shall be paid
$25.00 per person per medical investigation for normal
cases. Investigations involving unusual circumstances
shall be presented to the Board of Commissioners for
review and further consideration.
