Assistant for COIC )
This matter coming before the Commission upon
the petition of the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council,
in accordance with the COIC Minutes of December 18, 1972,
appointing Deschutes County as the employing agent for COIC,
and
It appearing that a Planning Assistant has been
hired, and an advance of contingency funds is needed to
cover salary and fringe benefits for employee, and
It appearing that advance will be reimbursed in
forthcoming months by 11701" funds from COIC,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the County Clerk place
Brent Lake, Planning Assistant, on the Planning Department
payroll at $700.00 per month for the balance of 1972-1973
fiscal year.
