At this time the Commission Ordered that the official Zoning Map #ZM-2 be
adopted as presented by the Planning Commission.
IN THE MATTER OF REVENUE
SHARING TRUST FUND:
At this time the Commission Ordered the County Treasurer to establish a
Revenue Sharing Trust Fund account for the purpose of disbursing and accounting
for monies received under the Revenue Sharing Act.
IN THE MATTER OF
REFUND OF TAXES:
At this time the Commission Ordered F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector to make
the following refund of taxes:

IN THE MATTER OF
QUITCLAIM DEED:
At this time the Commission issued a Quitclaim Deed to Ronald E. Phillips
and Gail Phillips, husband and wife, for Lot 6, Block 20 of Wiestoria, City of
Bend, Deschutes County.
IN THE MATTER OF A
LEASE OF COUNTY LANDS:
At this time the Commission granted a grazing lease to Louise H. S. Morley.

PERSONNEL ACTION:
At this time the Commission approved the following personnel actions:
Promotion of Ned Douglass as Chief Appraiser at $842 per month effective
Jan. I, 1973.
Salary increase for Appraiser, Phil Gould, to $764 per month effective
Dec. 1, 1972.
Termination of Richard Scheibner effective Dec. 31, 1972.
Advancement of Jerri Schutte to Accounting Clerk 2, Step 5, at $543 per
month effective Dec. I, 1972.
Placed Jess Smith Sr. on the Solid Waste payroll as a Caretaker at $302
per month effective Dec. 13, 1972.
Placed Gerald C. Foster on the Solid Waste payroll as a Caretaker at $175
per month effective Dec. 19, 1972.
Termination of Debbie Koehler from the Road Dept. effective Dec. 18, 1972.
Transfered Bettie Long to the Public Works Dept. payroll as a Secretary 2

IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHMENT
OF COUNTY ROADS:

The Commission, on December 6, 1972, held a Hearing and beings there were
no objections nor remonstrances, did Order and Decree that BUCKSKIN COURT,
CIMARRON DRIVE, LARIAT LANE, LATIGO COURT, RODEO COURT, SCENIC DR., MOUNTAIN DR.,
& MEADOW LANE be established, as described in Resolutions dated Nov. I, 1972,
as county roads in Deschutes County. The legal descriptions being given in the
Commission minutes dated November I, 1972.
IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTIONS
TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROADS:
At this time the Commission made Resolutions of its intention to establish
county roads in Deschutes County, Oregon, described as follows:
COVENTRY CIRCLE - A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet
each side of centerline as platted on the official plat of Woodside Ranch, Unit I
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
PINE VISTA DRIVE - A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet
each side of centerline as platted on the official plat of Woodside Ranch, Unit I
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
RIDGEVIEW DRIVE - A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet
each side of centerline as platted on the official plat of Woodside Ranch, Unit I
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
WOODSIDE ROAD (1) - That portion of Woodside Road lying between Murphy Road and
the northerly plat boundary of Woodside Rance, Plat #31 as recorded in Vol. 186,
Page 613 Deeds of Records.
WOODSIDE ROAD (2) - A strip of land for street purposes 60 feet in width, 30 feet
each side of centerline as platted on the official plat of Woodside Ranch, Unit I
as recorded in the office of the County Clerk.
And it is Ordered that the Co. Roadmaster or his duly qualified deputy shall give
notice of these Resolutions by posting true copies thereof, properly certified
to as such by the Co. Clerk, at the place of holding Co. Court and also at three
public places in the vicinity of said proposed roads 30 days previous to the
consideration of these Resolutions by the Board of Comm. notifying all persons
concerned that said Resolutions will be considered and passed upon by this Board
at a meeting on the 17th day of January, 1973, at which time the Board will
consider any objections or remonstrances which may be filed on account of said
proposed roads.
IN THE MATTER OF
AGREEMENT WITH P.G.T.:
At this time the Commission entered into an agreement with Pacific Gas
Transmission Company in regard to the casing of PGT pipe lines at road crossings
in Deschutes County.
