Sholes, made under the provisions certain personal property taxes as being personal property taxes described herein incorporated herein, be and hereby are, IN THE MATTER OF HOME HEALTH AGREEMENT - JEFFERSON COUNTY: VDL 15 PACE 804 received a request from Tax Collector, of ORS 311.710 for the cancellation of wholly uncollectable, Ordered that the as Exhibit A, and attached hereto and cancelled. At this time the Commission entered into an Agreement with Jefferson County for the services of the Tri -County Home Health Agency for fiscal year 72-73 for the total consideration of $3,909.60. VOL 15 PAGE 815 IN THE MATTER OF PERSONNEL ACTION: At this time the Commission approved the following personnel actions: Placed Anne L. Riddell on the Library payroll as a Clerk at a salary of $317 per month effective July 5, 1972. Termination of Doris Thornton from the Road Department effective July 17, 1972. Placed Joe C. Martinez on the Courthouse payroll as a Custodian at $405 per month effective July 19, 1972. Termination of K. Devereaux E•mmrich from the Assessor's Department effect- ive August 1, 1972. Placed Gary Clark on the Road Department payroll as a Maintenance Man II, Step 4, at a salary of $599 effective August, 1972. Placed Debbie Koehler on the Road Department payroll as a Clerk -Typist I at $332 effective August 7, 1972. Termination of Eric F. Larson from the J -J Boys' Ranch effective July 31, 1972.
