VCL 15 PAGE 875 August 51 1972 Board of Commissioners Deschutes County, Oregon Bend, Oregon ATTENTION.- Mr. Dave Horning As indicated by his approval hereon, I have this day purchased from Edgar Pittman, Jr., his right, title and interest under that certain garbage collection and trash disposal franchise granted him under ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, to serve that area South of Spring River road, North of the Southerly Deschutes County, Oregoncover- ing the inhabited (save incorporated communities3 areas on either side of Highway 97 and tributary thereto. Mr. Pittman has -delivered me his list of customers, agreed to notify them and promote my service with them and other potentional customers, and has furthor agreed to assist in connection with this trnas:fer by execution of any further documents or agreements in writing required by the proper officials of Deschutes County, all as approved by my attorney, Donald V. McCallum, 1627 E. -Third St.,, Bend, Oregon. Should they be required, they will be provided through Mr. McCallum at my expense. The purchase from Mr..
