upon the petition of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector
and First National Bank of Oregon, P. 0. Box 1786,
Eugene, Oregon, and,
It appearing that an Overpayment of taxes
has been made on property, and,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter
311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C. Sholes
as Tax Collector refund the amount of $13.99.
