This matter coming before the Commission
upon the petition of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector
and U. S. National Bank, Redmond Branch, and,
It appearing that taxes were paid on the
Wrong Property, and,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to
Chapter 311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C.
Sholes as Tax Collector refund the amount of $473.72.
