This permit is subject to the following gen- eral specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS lnstallinq Pipe Line Parallel: (Water) All pipe fines running para d e! with the road shall be 1n the existing ditch line, or no less than three (>> feet from the edge of the existing pavement edge.
