This matter coming before the Commission
upon the petition of F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector
and (see attached list), and,
It appearing that pre -payments of taxes on
plats (O.R.S. 311.370 4-b) has resulted in overpayments
of taxes collected by the Assessor, and,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the amount so paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter
311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that F. C. Sholes
as Tax Collector refund the amount of $1,164.52.
