At this time the Commission noted that Charles Plummer, Ralph Meeker,

IN THE MATTER OF
PROPERTY REDEMPTION:
At this time the Commission approved the redemption by Joyce G. Moore
& Tennie I. Moore, husband and wife, of Lot 2, Block 6, Mill Addition to City
of Bend, specifically known as 65 Gilchrist Ave. for the sum of $1,979.24
being the amount of delinquent taxes, interest, and penalty to December 15,
1971. County Deed issued to Nellie K. Benson, 8609 S. E. Yamhill, Portland,
Oregon 97216.

REFUND OF TAXES:
At this time the Commission ordered F. C. Sholes, Tax Collector to make
the following refund of taxes:

At this time the Commission ordered the County Clerk to make the follow-
ing refund of taxes from the General Fund:

IN THE MATTER OF
PERSONNEL ACTION:
At this time the Commission approved the request of Roadmaster, Charles
Plummer, to allow the employees of the Road Department to take off Friday
after Thanksgiving on either exchange time or vacation.
At this time the Commission approved the request of N. J. Donat to
place Vivian M. McCloskey on the payroll of the Assessor's Office as a Clerk 2
at a salary of $349 per month effective November 23, 1971. (PEP program)
