This matter coming before the Commission upon
the Commission's own petition and Jack DeShazer, and,
It appearing that a clerical error in the
Assessor's office has been made on property, and,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund
the following amount:
1970-71 - $81.43
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter
311.806, Oregon Revised Statutes, that the Deschutes
County Clerk refund the amount of $81.43 from the General
Fund.
