A permit is granted by Deschutes County to Marshall Slocum
to construct an access on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. A
detailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse
side of this sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications
and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Board of
Commissioners.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR, INSTALLATIONS
The permittee shall be required to observe the following rules and regulations
taining to the moving of buildings. The permittee shall be required to mo e
buildings on pneumatic dollies evenly spaced so as to insure an even ht dis-
tribution, and properly shored so as to prevent collapse while he process of
moving. The permittee shall be responsible for all traf warnings to the
traveling public, as may be necessary to insure sa avel while in the process of
moving the building. The permittee shall be fired to have at least two (2)
pilot cars equipped with signs depicti ide Load", and all the necessary signs

ato the exi ' g pavement and shoulder areas, and will be required to
rda or pay damages to Deschutes County for the necessary repairs.
Icourse of moving, it is necessary to move bridge railings, the
phall be required to replace the railings to their original state. The
Private Access to County Road:
The permittee will be required to construct the access at the safest and most
practical point of entry. The size of the access must be noted on the description.
If there is obvious need for a culvert, the proper size and length must be deter-
mined, and also included on the description. The permittee will be responsible
for the construction of the access and all the costs of the materials used in the
access. If at any time this installation in any way impedes the progress and
future maintenance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this
installation at his own expense. Deschutes County will assume no responsibility
for damage to said installation as a result of maintenance or construction.
Failure of permittee to compl with performance of work will result in a charge for
work performed by Des hutes C unty.
