14-550-Order Recorded 3/9/1971YUL 1.4 PA1.IT 5510 IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Matter ) of ) O R D E R Vacation of ) Diatomite Road #4 ) (Kidder Road) ) This matter having come before the Commission on the 9th day of February, 1971, upon the petition of Marie Williamson, Deschutes County, Oregon, praying for the vaca- tion of Diatomite Road #4, commonly known as Kidder Road, to -wit: Located in the NErNW4 and SE14NW4 all in Section 7, Township 14 South, Range 13 East of the Willamette Meridian. Beginning at a point 15 feet east of the W 1/16 between Section 6 and Section 7; thence South 120 feet; thence South 150 East 312 feet; thence South 336 feet; thence South 200 West 200 feet; thence South 480 feet; thence South 03° East 300 feet; thence South 400 East 756 feet; thence South 300 East 138 feet to a point on the northern right-of-way of the County Diatomite Road #4. Access to the above described area is now provided by the McCoin Road, a paved County Road. That there is on file and of record in the Deschutes County Clerk's office the approval of the said Deschutes County Board of Commissioners, in and to the said vacation as herein set forth, That there is also on file and of record the certifi- cate of Charles L. Plummer, Deschutes County Roadmaster, swearing to the placing and posting of notice of the aforesaid vacation on three places within the limits of the area to be vacated, and one notice posted on the Bulletin Board at the Deschutes County Courthouse. That the reasons have been set forth by the petitioner for the necessity of the vacation which has been petitioned, and it appearing to the Commission that the petition has been filed with the County Clerk for thirty days or more previous to this date, and the Commission being fully advised in the premises, Page I of 2 M VCL 1.4 PIA I;r 551 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the above described road, Diatomite Road #4, commonly known as Kidder Road, Deschutes County, Oregon shall be and the same is hereby vacated, as there were no objections at such Hearing held this day.
